This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter – Privacy Policy) applies to all information that the online store “https://italiatut.com/en“, located on the domain name https://italiatut.com/en can obtain about the User during the use of the website of the online store, programs and products of the online store.

1. DEFINITION OF TERMS

1.1.In this Privacy Policy the following terms are used: 1.1.1. “Administration of the site of the Online Store (hereinafter – Site Administration)” – authorized employees to manage the site, acting on behalf of FE Elizaveta Kirilyuk, who organize and (or) carries out the processing of personal data, as well as determines the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data subject to processing, actions (operations) performed with personal data. 1.1.2 “Personal Data” means any information relating to a directly or indirectly defined or identifiable natural person (subject of personal data). 1.1.3 “Personal Data Processing” – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation means with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data. 1.1.4. “Confidentiality of personal data” – a requirement mandatory for the Operator or any other person who has access to personal data not to allow their dissemination without the consent of the subject of personal data or other legal basis. 1.1.5. “User of the Website of the Online Store (hereinafter referred to as “User”)” – a person who has access to the Website, via the Internet and uses the Website of the online store. 1.1.6. “Cookies” – a small piece of data sent by the web server and stored on the user’s computer, which the web client or web browser sends to the web server each time in an HTTP request when trying to open a page of the respective website. 1.1.7. “IP address” means the unique network address of a node in a computer network based on the IP protocol.

2.GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1.The use of the Internet-shop website by the User means agreement with this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing the User’s personal data. 2.2.In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the Web site of the Online Store. 2.3.This Privacy Policy applies only to the website of the online store https://italiatut.com/en. The online store does not control and is not responsible for the websites of third parties, to which the User can go through the links available on the website of the online store. 2.4 Administration of the site does not check the accuracy of personal data provided by the User of the Internet-shop site.

3.SUBJECT OF PRIVACY POLICY

3.1.This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Administration of the online store site on non-disclosure and protection of confidentiality of personal data that the User provides at the request of the Administration of the site when registering on the website of the online store or when placing an order for the purchase of Goods. 3.2 The personal data, authorized for processing within the framework of this Privacy Policy, is provided by the User by filling in the registration form on the Website of the online store https://italiatut.com/en in the tariffs section and includes the following information: 3.2.1. surname, first name, patronymic of the User; 3.2.2. contact phone number of the User; 3.2.3. electronic mail (e-mail) address; 3.2.4. address of the Goods delivery; 3.2.5. the User’s place of residence. 3.3 The online store protects the Data, which are automatically transmitted in the process of viewing advertising blocks and when visiting pages on which the statistical script of the system (“pixel”) is installed: -IP address; -information from cookies; -information about the browser (or other program that accesses the display of advertisements); -time of access; -address of the page where the advertising block is located; -referrer (address of the previous page). 3.3.1 Disabling cookies may result in the inability to access parts of the Internet-shop site that require authorization. 3.3.2 The online store collects statistics about IP-addresses of its visitors. This information is used to identify and solve technical problems, to control the legality of financial payments. 3.4 Any other personal information not specified above (purchase history, used browsers and operating systems, etc.) is subject to secure storage and non-proliferation, except as provided in p.p. 5.2. and 5.3. 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.

4.PURPOSES OF COLLECTING PERSONAL INFORMATION OF THE USER

4.1 The Administration of the Internet-shop website may use the User’s personal data for the purposes of: 4.1.1. Carrying out advertising activities with the User’s consent. 4.1.12. 5.METHODS AND TERMS OF PERSONAL INFORMATION PROCESSING

5.1 Processing of the User’s personal data is carried out without limitation of time, by any lawful means, including in information systems of personal data with or without the use of means of automation. 5.2 The User agrees that the Administration of the site has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, in particular, courier services, postal organizations, telecommunication operators, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the User’s order placed on the Website of the online store https://italiatut.com/en, including the delivery of Goods. 5.3 The User’s personal data may be transferred to authorized Italian public authorities only on the grounds and in accordance with the procedure established by Italian law. 5.4 In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Website Administration informs the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data. 5.5 The Administration of the site takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal information from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties. 5.6 The site Administration together with the User takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User’s personal data.

6.OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

6.1 The User is obliged to: 6.1.1 Provide information about personal data necessary for using the Website of the online store. 6.1.2 Update, supplement the provided information about personal data in case of changes in this information. 6.2 The site Administration is obliged to: 6.2.1 Use the received information exclusively for the purposes specified in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy. 6.2.2 Ensure confidentiality of confidential information, not to disclose without prior written permission of the User, as well as not to sell, exchange, publish or disclose by other possible means the transferred personal data of the User, except for clauses 5.2 and 5.3 of this Privacy Policy. 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy. 6.2.3 Take precautionary measures to protect the confidentiality of the User’s personal data in accordance with the procedure usually used for the protection of such information in the existing business turnover. 6.2.4 Block personal data related to the respective User from the moment of application or request of the User or his/her legal representative or the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification, in case of detection of unreliable personal data or unlawful actions.

7.RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES

7.1 Administration of the site, which has not fulfilled its obligations, shall be liable for losses incurred by the User in connection with the unauthorized use of personal data, in accordance with Italian law, except as provided for in p. p. 5.2. 5.2., 5.3. and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy. 7.2 In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information the Administration of the site is not responsible if this confidential information: 7.2.1. Became public domain before its loss or disclosure. 7.2.2. Was received from a third party prior to its receipt by the Administration of the site. 7.2.3. Was disclosed with the User’s consent.

8.DISPUTE RESOLUTION

8.1 Before applying to the court with a claim for disputes arising from the relationship between the User of the Internet-shop site and the Administration of the site, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute). 8.2 The recipient of the claim within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, shall notify the applicant of the claim in writing of the results of consideration of the claim. 8.3 In case of failure to reach an agreement, the dispute will be referred to a judicial body in accordance with the Italian legislation in force. 8.4 The current legislation of Italy shall apply to this Privacy Policy and relations between the User and the Administration of the site.

9.ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

9.1 The Administration of the site has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent of the User. 9.2 The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment of its placement on the Website of the online store, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy. 9.3 All suggestions or questions about this Privacy Policy should be communicated in the feedback forms on the site 9.4.
